Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner revoked Lohan’s probation at a hearing nearly two weeks ago. Today, the judge said, “The sentence I’m going to impose is known in our circles as putting the keys to the jail in the defendant’s hands.” She ordered Lohan to 300 days in county jail. She must serve 30 days in county jail now, and must surrender within one week. The judge added that she is “not eligible for house arrest, electronic monitoring or any other early release other than that required by law.” TMZ reports the Sheriff’s Dept. says Lohan will serve 20% of the 30 days — six days in jail. When Lohan, 25, gets out, she must report to a new probation officer, and her remaining 270 days will be stayed as follows: Between now and Dec. 14, when she must return to court, Lohan is to perform 12 days of community service at the morgue and attend four psychotherapy sessions of 45 minutes each.
