Lindsay has been accused of stealing. How is this possible ? Doesn’t she have enough trouble right now ? A jewerly store in Venice , California claims that she stole a $2,500 necklace . Surveillance video from the store shows Lindsay with the necklace in question and there are photos of her wearing what appears to be the same necklace a week later.
Lindsay Lohan could do Hard Time , three years in state prison.
Why don’t they believer her ? She claims that the store gave her the necklace on loan. Don’t stores do this for Celebrities . And why should she have to pay anyway, for god sakes , she’s Lindsay Lohan, Superstar.

A huge rally will take place in New York tomorrow on 7th Ave. People are outraged to see someone like Lindsay, with a chemical dependence problem, facing jail time instead of rehab. More rally’s are planned next week in Los Angeles and Chicago. Meanwhile sites like lohanded.info are offering fans a chance to send an encouraging message to Lindsay in jail.
